Before creating Up'n'Under, he was the watersports manager on the luxury Moskito and Necker Islands, famous for their celebrity host, Sir Richard Branson. Nick's skill set and safety record are second to none, and his reputation for providing the best watersports experiences in the BVI is well-established.

BVI SNUBA
When it comes to water-based sports and activities, the BVI offers unrivaled opportunities. This includes one that combines the very best aspects of snorkeling and scuba, which is better known as SNUBA. If you have dreamed of an entertaining underwater excursion that allows you to explore further than snorkeling yet you do not have the certification required to scuba, then SNUBA offers the perfect alternative! Open and operational from their base in Leverick Bay. If you want to try scuba diving and don’t have the time or money then snuba is perfect for you! You can dive up to a maximum of 20 feet with no equipment on, only your mask, fins, some weights, and a regulator.
GUMPTION’S LEARNING ADVENTURES ON NECKER ISLAND & SEA IT CLEAR TOURS/GUMPTION EXPERIENCE BVI
Meet Gumption and his amazing tours! Explore the beautiful Necker Island and discover iguanas, giant tortoise flamingos, lemurs, scarlet Ibis, and cockatoos. The famous lemurs are so delicate and cute!
Join Gumption for a tour of Eustatia Reef just beyond North Sound on the way to Oil Nut Bay. As the slogan suggests, it's "like snorkeling without getting wet"! From Gumption's glass bottom boat, the tour is sure to spot sea turtles and possibly a beautiful Eagle Ray or two. Fun for the entire family or a group who is looking for a relaxing time on the water. Gumption can pick you up from any mooring ball or slip in North Sound (Gorda Sound).
IMPORTANT INFO: If you are with THE MOORINGS and try to book a Necker Island Tour with Gumption you won’t be able to do it because:
A Mooring Vessel named Early Bird “1” or Early Bird 2 “ hit Sea It Clear BVI Gumption made contact with the Moorings. “ July 18th” 2022. The Moorings employee “ Lyndon or Linden “ acknowledged the video and photos of the said damage via WhatsApp”
An official report was made on July 23rd, 2022. Zero responded.
September 5th, 2022 Gumption. He officially made it known to his lawyer. The Moorings HQ and Local Branch were all aware. Between the day of damage and the first day back on the water, November 15th, 2022, Gumption's Experience BVI paid out over $7k in refunds due to the failure to commit. Gumption then hired a private company to rebuild his boat to get what was remaining of November into December, etc.
Gumption’s legal team sent copies to everyone who was refunded and a copy of the repair build that Gumption paid himself.
The Moorings didn’t care about Gumption or his clients who wanted a tour but were denied. Why should Gumption care for theirs?
All The Moorings have to do is pay Sea It Clear BVI for business and vessel damage and we can move on.
This matter is legal at both our lawyer's offices.
